Terraced holiday home. Liveable surface area of the residence: 93 m2. There are largely enclosed grounds. Grounds area 2165 m2. There are 2 terraces. The interior of the house is neat and comfortable. A part of the residence is inhabited by the owner (but you are properly separated from each other). There is air conditioning in the living room. The residence is 6 km from the village La Londe-les-Maures, It is a lively village. The sea is 8 km away, near La Londe-les-Maures. The beach is 8 km away. There are wonderful beach resorts, harbours and fisheries in the area. Magnificent panoramic view. The house is situated nice and central for exploring the region. In this region there are a lot of possibilities for windsurfing, sailing, scubadiving etc. There are lots of opportunities for day trips in the area: Hyères, Le Lavandou, Saint-Tropez. The nice city of Toulon is definitely worth visiting. In terms of nature a trip to Massif des Maures is definitely recommended. There are shops at 6 km. Restaurants can be found in La Londe-les-Maures. You will come across a lot opportunities for walking in this area. Extensive cycling opportunities (for the active cyclist!). Golf course is 4 km away, in Valcros. The holiday house has three floors. You will inhabite the ground floor and the first floor. The owners (a couple) are living in the basement.
