Fully detached house. All rooms in the residence are on the ground floor. There are nice large grounds. Grounds area 3000 m2. You share the grounds with the house of the owner. It's a modern/new house 2008. The interior of the house is neat and comfortable. The residence is 1 km from the village Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, It is a picturesque village. The location is extremely peaceful. A magnificent varying landscape. A place from which you can make many day trips. Here there are lots of nice villages and towns. There are lots of opportunities for day trips in the area: Vaison-la-Romaine (14 km), Buis-les-Baronnies (11 km). The magnificent cities of Orange and Avignon are more than worth visiting. In terms of nature a trip to is definitely recommended. In terms of nature trips to Mont-Ventoux and Drôme are definitely recommended. There is a bakery/bread depot at 1 km. Shops can be found in Mollans-sur-Ouvèze and Buis-les-Baronnies. Restaurants can be found in Entrechaux (7 km). You will come across a lot opportunities for walking in this area. Extensive cycling opportunities (for the active cyclist!). Golf course is 40 km away, in Orange.
