The interior of the house is neat and comfortable. The sea is 30 km away, near Dieppe. It is a nice rural area. The house is situated nice and central for exploring the region. There are lots of opportunities for day trips in the area: Dieppe, Le Tréport, Fécamp, Etretat. The nice city of Rouen is definitely worth visiting. There is a bakery/bread depot at 5 km. Shops can be found in Londinières (5 km) and Neufchâtel-en-Bray (10 km). There is a supermarket at 5 km, Restaurants can be found in Londiinières and Neufchâtel-en-Bray. In this region you can go walking and cycling to your heart’s content. Golf course is 23 km away, in Saint-Saëns. The holiday house is situated on the owner's 30 hectare estate, who have a farm with cattle, deer and wild boar. A stay in this house is especially interesting for children. The farmer's wife sells regional products like paté, cheese, apple pie and cider.
