Fully detached house. Liveable surface area of the residence: 80 m2. There is an enclosed garden. Garden area 1000 m2. Terrace area 18 m2. Nice garden with lots of plants and trees. Nicely restored, distinctive house. Cosy, tastefully designed with an eye for detail. The location is extremely peaceful. The sea is 3 km away. The beach is 8 km away, at Carolles-Plage. There are nice beach resorts in the neighbourhood. It is a nice rural area. The house is situated ideally for visiting the area. It is a region that has a lot to offer, both in terms of culture and nature. There are lots of opportunities for day trips in the area: Mont-Saint-Michel, Granville, Avranches. There is a bakery/bread depot at 3 km. Shops can be found in Sartilly (6 km). There is a supermarket at 6 km, Restaurants can be found in Saint-Jean-le-Thomas (3 km) and Champeaux (5 km). You will come across a lot opportunities for walking in this area. Here you can walk for hours along the coastal paths. In this region you can go cycling to your heart’s content. Golf course is 22 km away, in Granville. Steep stairs lead to the first floor (bedroom 1 and 2). Bedroom 3 (with bunk bed) lies in another part of the house than where the other bedrooms are and can also only be reached via steep stairs (less suited for small chlidren).
