 ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION
This detached house in peaceful surroundings is situated 1 km from the hamlet of Pennedepie and 6 km from the scenic seaport town of Honfleur. The place is ideal for those in search of peace and quiet, and those who want to be surrounded by nature. It is located a mere 1 km from the sandy beach of Pennedepie. A walking trail starts close to the house, which will lead you to the forest of St Gatien within a few minutes. In the vicinity, you’ll also find sandy beaches at Villerville (3 km) and Honfleur (6 km). The house is located on a large estate, sharing it with two other detached houses. Here, you don’t need to do anything. Every house has its own enclosed garden. The three houses do however have a communal parking area (roughly 20 m from this house) at the entrance to the estate. The house is neat and comfortably furnished. Children can safely play in the spacious, garden with lots of shade. Pretty seaside resorts like Honfleur and Deauville in the vicinity are worth a visit. The white cliffs north of Le Havre are within easy reach via Pont de Normandie. Here you can visit places like Fécamp and Etretat. The beaches where the Normandy Landings took place are also within easy reach. Bayeux is located roughly 100 km away. Golf: St Gatien (5 km).
Please note: This house has one bedroom on the first floor, which is only accessible from the outside. In the summer months (mid-June to end August), you will have this bedroom at your disposal. Outside this season, the owner does not regard it comfortable enough and the floor stays locked. You can then use the sleeper couch in the living room.
