The residence is 4 km from the village Saint-André-de-Majencoules, It is a picturesque village. The location is extremely peaceful. A magnificent varying landscape. There is a lot of natural beauty in the area. In this region you will come across a lot of opportunities for making day trips. Here you will find magnificent nature areas and lots of nice villages. You can make canoe tours, go fishing and/or swimming on the river/lake l'Hérault. There are lots of opportunities for day trips in the area: Mont Aigoual, Grottes de Demoiselles. Here there are picturesque villages such as Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Le Vigan, Ganges. There is a bakery/bread depot at 2 km. Shops can be found in Valleraugue (11 km) and Le Vigan (13 km). There is a supermarket at 13 km, Restaurants can be found in Saint-André-de-Majencoules and Villeraugue. You will come across a lot opportunities for walking in this area. Extensive cycling opportunities (for the active cyclist!). NB. The driveway to the house is quite steep, you can leave your car if you prefer at the beginning of the driveway at 25 m from the house. Next to the house there are several ponds (up to 1.70 m depth) so it can be dangerous for small children.
