You share the swimming pool with the owner. Nicely renovated, distinctive house. Cosy and tasteful interior. The residence is close to the village. Shops can be found in Ste Maure de Touraine (5km). Restaurants can be found in Ste Maure de Touraine. Castles: Azay, Chenonceaux, Saumur, In this region you can go walking and cycling to your heart’s content. NB: In practice the garden and the pool will almost only be used by you.
