 ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION
Almost fully detached chalet built of nearly all natural stone situated on the outskirts of the small hamlet of Praranger. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains. Praranger lies to the south of the lovely mountain village and ski resort of Saint Martin de Belleville and the extensive ski area of Les Mènuires and the luxury resort Val Thorens. There are unmatched possibilities for skiing here; hundreds of kilometres of pistes are just waiting for you in this valley where you are guaranteed to have snow. Here you are in the mountainous region called "Les Trois Vallées" (the valleys of Val Thorens, Courchevel, Méribel and Pralognan la Vanoise. In addition, 1 km from Praranger there is an entrance to the pistes. The hamlet of Praranger is located on the road between St Martin de Belleville and les Ménuires. For all your groceries you can go to St Martin de Belleville, where you will also find some nice restaurants and cafés, For larger supermarkets you have to go to Moutiers. You can take trips to Albertville or Moutièrs, to the ski resorts and to the Parc National de la Vanoise. Athletic cycling enthusiasts can test themselves on the sporty Col de la Madeleine; hikers will find any number of possibilities for trips in the mountains. There are so many possibilities for walking in the area and you can ski at St Martin de Belleville (4 km), Les Ménuires(4 km) or Val Thorens (12 km).
PLEASE NOTE: In the winter you must have snow chains.
The last 15 m to the house is extremely steep and narrow. You can park your car under the open carport at the owner's house about 150 m up from your house. There's a space for unloading the car 15 m from the house.
